I’m Monica — chef, recipe developer, instructor, writer, IIN certified holistic health coach, and wellness enthusiast — and I’m passionate about helping you discover and embody the deliciousness of food, life, and feeling wildly healthy in your body every day. 

As an award-winning chef with 18+ years working in prestigious kitchens (and being diagnosed with Celiac and other autoimmune diseases), I realized that I needed a deeper understanding of how to combine my love of food with optimal, nourishing health.

I believe that wellness is so much more than just yoga and green juice, and food not only fills our bellies, but it also nourishes our souls.
